California Workers’ Comp Bureau Recommends 22.8% Rate Hike

California's Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau approved a rate filing with a 22.8% increase in the claims cost benchmark, to be effective Jan. 1, 2010. For the last rate filing, effective July 1, 2009, Insurance Commissioner Steve Poizner
